Poster Abstracts AGRCS2020

Abstract Submission will open 15 march 2020!

Poster Session

The poster sessions will follow the classic ARVO model: people stand by their poster and explain why it’s important. There is time designated for a poster round within the program.

One can only be a presenting author for one poster abstract, but can be a co-author for multiple posters. The submitter of an abstracts doesn’t necessary have to be the presenting author.

Poster specifications

The poster board allows for a maximum size of A0 portrait (841 mm x 1189 mm). Only posters in portrait format are acceptable.

What you need to know:

  • The poster should be readable from a distance of  2 meters. This means that all font sizes should be at least 32pt.
  • On top of your poster the title of the poster and the name(s) and affiliations(s) of the author(s) should be stated

At the congress

What you need to know:

  • The exact time of the poster session will be revealed shortly.
  • Materials for mounting are provided on site. Do come to the registration desk if you need assistance.
  • One poster board will be allocated per poster presentation, with a number identifying each poster.
  • Posters will be displayed in the Poster Area, which is located in the Ambassador Room of the Rosarium.
  • There is no printing option on site.

Abstract book

All abstracts will be published in the abstract book which will be made available to all participants of the meeting. Copyright will rest with the authors of an abstract. Authors should consent to their abstract being published in the abstract book and on the congress website before submitting their abstract. We cannot accept your submission without this.


The official language of the congress is English.
