Dr. Keller is an Associate Professor at the Casey Eye Institute, Oregon Health & Science University (OR, USA). Her work is focused on investigating how intraocular pressure is regulated. She has approached this subject from several angles, including identifying molecules that comprise the resistance to aqueous outflow, how the extracellular matrix is remodeled in response to elevated pressure, how cells communicate with each other to regulate IOP, and to decipher the function of glaucoma-associated genes.
